Aircraft Management

Are you looking for a partner to help with the responsibilities of managing your aircraft? Guardian Air has a proven track record in this field and knows all of the pitfalls. An aircraft is a substantial investment and deserves to be managed by a Professional Team. Given the correct management, your aircraft will give you many years of reliable service, convenience and a return on your investment.

The operation and maintenance of the modern aircraft is costly and can be complicated for the in-experienced aviator. FAA regulations can change almost daily and as an Aircraft Owner you need a partner who will remain focused on what your aircraft needs while you are concentrating on your business.

We offer the following:
Maintenance and Warranty Tracking
Scheduled Maintenance as and when required with prior Owner approval
Financial and Administrative management
Recruitment and Training of Pilots and Technicians
Hangar, Fuel and Aircraft Detailing
Operations & Owner Trip management
Charter & Scheduling Maintenance

W
ith the addition of Charter for your aircraft, you can expect a considerable contribution towards the overheads.
We have a large Charter Customer base which includes the major Fractional Companies and Brokers in the United States. This is partly because of our Gold ARG/US rating but also because we know the true meaning of customer service.

Aircraft Management Simplified:
Listed below are the main areas of Aircraft Management. Each of the points listed go towards making up the complete package that is required for professional care and handling of your aircraft. All are important, without these areas operating efficiently as a team, your investment is not secure.

Maintenance & Warranty Tracking:
Our Maintenance Director and his team take the responsibility of  maintaining your aircraft and tracking any Warranties required.

Scheduled Maintenance as and when required with  prior Owner approval:
Our  Maintenance Team, together with our Director of Operations, Chief Pilot and Charter Manager, will work together to schedule maintenance in the best interest of all. This is, of course, after receiving prior owner approval.

Financial and Administrative Management:
Our General Manager will ensure the handling of all financial matters together with our Financial Controller. Where the Owner is concerned there will be a monthly request for aircraft management charges and if you have elected for us to charter your aircraft there will be a monthly payment from us to you for your return on Charter.

Recruitment and Training of Pilots and Technicians:
Our General Manager and Director of Operations take full responsibility for all hiring and training of our personnel.

Hangar, Fuel and Aircraft Detailing:
At Ontario Airport we have the premier FBO. You will see pictures and details of our operation later in this presentation. We have over 40,000 square feet of hangar at our facility and 12,000 square feet of office space/ FBO Terminal. Our FBO team of professionals will take good care of your aircraft. Our FBO team has many years of experience. We have our own Fuel Farm with AvFuel Contract and can offer our Owners the lowest fuel prices for their trips.

Operations & Owner Trip Management:
We take great pride in our Operations department. Our experts in this area have considerable expertise and will organize and handle even the smallest trip detail. After all, that is why you have an aircraft. Our experience tells us that our Owners trip requirements are of the utmost importance and we anticipate that our Owners will have the highest standards.

Charter & Scheduling Management:
You will see during this presentation that we have achieved the Platinum standard with ARG/US. This puts us ahead of most operators in the U.S.A. with our standards of Operation and Charter efficiency.  That is why we are on approved vendors list for the major Fractional Companies, Brokers, Operators and Retail Customers through out the United States. Our Charter Department operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Family of Aircraft for your use:
Last but by no means least. We have a commitment to our owners to help them with their trips. Should you have an unexpected trip come up when your aircraft is out on a charter, we offer special rates to owners for the other aircraft in our fleet. It may also be that you would like a different aircraft for any number of reasons: not enough space, more passengers than seats, range restrictions or your aircraft is just not suited to the airports you wish to visit. We can help, and if we don’t have an aircraft available we will find an aircraft for you.
